Ram directs the Executive & Professional Education Program in the School of Computer Science. His team manages custom and open enrollment executive and professional education programs for all seven departments: computational biology, computer science, human-computer interaction, language technologies, machine learning, robotics, and software and societal systems. Ram focuses on expanding the reach of the school's world-renowned faculty and their expert knowledge in computer science and artificial intelligence. He also directs the SCS Universal Digital Library project. 

Ram earned an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at CMU and a bachelor of engineering in electronics and communications from the University of Madras, India.

Sharon serves as the project coordinator for the Executive Education Program in SCS. A 21-year CMU veteran, Sharon has overseen the coordination of numerous facets of complex, high-profile project collaborations with the government, industry and academia.

Before joining the Exec Ed team, Sharon served as the executive assistant to the director of the Institute for Software Research, one of the departments in SCS (now called the Software and Societal Systems Department).
